Why work with me?

1. I have the tools.

In my youth, I struggled with "depression" with no tools and no teachers.

I've worked deliberately to "ignite my light" and keep it bright

by gathering life-saving & transformational tools for my own toolbox-

physical, emotional and energetic practices

that keep me inspired, aligned, and embodied.

For 30 years, I have remained passionate and purposeful in my commitment to providing others with what I didn't have, and sharing these tools & techniques far and wide.

My toolbox is deep, and my resource library is vast.

Yes of course, it's filled with all the tools I've developed over the years as the Founder and Director of Chakra Activation Yoga.

These tools come from a wealth of education and experience.

It's my degree in Education from Cornell University and my ass-kicking Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.

It's my 25 years of "deep listening" to various vibrational states as a musician and sound healing practitioner.

It's my openness to all kinds of people and my love of travel.

It's my advanced training in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Depression and a variety of Mindfulness protocols.

I have the tools for you to experience and explore All You Are.

an inspired vision of my own life.

Early in my life I received a clear vision for my life’s work

and I’ve remained faithful to that vision,

even though at times I didn’t quite understand it

and the path was extremely challenging.

Later in life I have come to appreciate

that my inspirational vision,

my dedication to it, and my sense of purpose from it

has always provided for me a sense of clarity, alignment and fulfillment.

I also realize that this is something that many people don’t have

and actually long for.

And many people that do have dreams have given up on them

or are having trouble getting back to them later in life.

They lack inspiration and encouragement.

They lack a program and a coach.

This is where I come in!

Is MANIFEST for women only?

Yes!

Is it a requirement to have worked with you before?

Ideally, MANIFEST is for my students and clients that have already completed one of my Chakra Activation Experiences- either the 7 month Chakra Activation Series or one of my Chakra Activation Immersions or Initiations.

MANIFEST Transformational Chakra Coaching Experience is a "Level 2" Program in my suite of offerings, and is best suited for the person that is already chakra-activated and chakra-aware, and familiar with my system, approach and vocabulary.

That being said, MANIFEST Transformational Chakra Coaching Program is open to and will be effective for anyone that is willing to commit to learning the process and practices.

Each application is thoughtfully reviewed and applicants are selected based on my ability to serve the individuals and the cohort best.

What are the dates and times of the monthly Activations & Integrations?

MANIFEST begins Sunday August 2, 2026 and ends Monday January 18, 2027.

Our Monthly Energy Activations are on the following Sundays from 12-2 pm EST:

Third Eye Chakra: Sunday August 23
Throat Chakra: Sunday September 13

Sacral Chakra: Sunday December 6
Root Chakra: Sunday January 3

Our Monthly Integration Sessions will be on the following Mondays from 8-9 pm EST:

Crown Integration: Monday August 10
Third Eye Integration: Monday August 31
Throat Integration: Monday September 28
Heart integration: Monday October 26
Navel Integration: Monday November 23
Sacral Integration: Monday December 14
Root Integration: Monday January 18

All sessions will be recorded and available to watch and review on the online MANIFEST membership platform at any time and as often as you like for the duration of your membership year (through July 2027).

Daily practices arrive in your inbox at 5 am everyday, Monday through Friday, and you can watch these short videos at any point during your day, and watch repeatedly if you choose.

Weekends are for catching up if needed and integrating the techniques into our personal practice and "off the mat", in-real-life practice.

Private Coaching Sessions will be scheduled by each individual through my Calendly scheduling link.

Daily content is pre-recorded and is different everyday. The short videos (5-15 minutes) arrive in your inbox at 5 am everyday, Monday through Friday, so that you can watch at your convenience.

MANIFEST is a unique Transformational Chakra Coaching Program that has deep roots in yoga, particularly the wisdom of the yogic chakra system and my own Chakra Activation system.
