Each month from January to July we will take a deep dive into ourselves,

activating and exploring the chakras one at a time.

We will learn specific yoga poses and practices for nourishing and balancing each chakra

and we will allow the beautiful powerful Light We Are to shine.

This year we will meet twice each month.

* first for our 2 hour "Poses & Practices" Chakra Activation Zoom Session and

* second for our 1 hour "Chakra Talk" Integration Zoom Session (see dates below)

(Members will have access to the workshop replays for the duration of our 7 month adventure!)

* LEVEL 1 provides access to all livestreamed Chakra Activation & Integration Sessions

FAQ

Are these monthly workshops pre-recorded?

No. I’ll be teaching the monthly Chakra Activation Workshops and the Chakra Talk Integration Sessions LIVE ONLINE via Zoom. It's an interactive format and you can ask questions before, during, and after the sessions.

Where will the recordings of the sessions live and how do I access them?

All recordings of the workshops and sessions will be stored on an online Membership Platform. When you sign up you will receive a personalized log in to access this platform and content.

What if I can’t make the time of the live online workshops?

No worries! All sessions are recorded as we go and you can access them through the Membership platform as often as you like and whenever you want. You will receive an email when I post new content/ recordings to the platform.

Are yoga teachers eligible for CEUs?

Absolutely! I am a E-RYT and YACEP through Yoga Alliance and I provide 25 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to yoga teachers that participate fully in the program.

The Chakra A Month Series (or Immersion Weekend) is also a prerequisite for my Chakra Activation Yoga Advanced Teacher Training program.

Do I need to have any previous experience with the chakras or Chakra Activation Yoga?

No. The yoga practices and chakra activating exercises are suitable for yoga practitioners of all levels.

I’ve taken one of your Chakra Activation Workshop Series (or Immersion Weekends) in the past- is this content the same?

Great question! This will be my 19th year leading the sacred journey up the spine and I can assure you it is never the same. For one, with 25 years of yoga practice and teaching experience, I have an abundance of chakra-activating tools & techniques in my tool belt to share. Yes, there are some fundamental Chakra Activation poses that are always in the mix, but a good bit of variety too. Secondly, it's likely that YOU are not the same person that you were whenever you did the Series or Immersion weekend previously, and with that, even a familiar Chakra Activation pose can feel different as our personal energy grows and changes. Finally, I have MANY students that have taken the Series (and Immersions) multiple times (I think the most is 7?) and they report that each journey is unique.
