Why work with me?
1. I have the tools.
30 years ago, at a dead end of depression with no tools to my name, I had to find my way through the darkness and back to myself.
Ever since then I have been gathering life-saving & transformational tools for my own toolbox- physical, emotional and energetic practices that keep me inspired, aligned, and embodied-
and I have remained passionate and purposeful in my commitment to sharing these tools & techniques with others.
My toolbox is deep and my resource library is vast.
Yes of course, it's filled with all the tools I've developed over the years as the Creator and Director of Chakra Activation Yoga.
And it's also all the tools that come from a wealth of experience.
It's my degree in Education from Cornell and my Kundalini Teacher Training.
It's my 25 years of "deep listening" to various vibrational states as a sound healing practitioner.
It's my openness to all kinds of people and my love of travel.
It's my advanced training in Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Depression and a variety of Mindfulness protocols.
I have the tools for you to experience and explore All You Are.

3. I am committed to
an inspired vision of my own life.
Early in my life I received a clear vision for my life’s work
and I’ve remained faithful to that vision, even though at times I didn’t quite understand it and the path was extremely challenging.

Later in life I have come to appreciate that my inspirational vision,
my dedication to it, and my sense of purpose from it has always provided for me a sense of clarity, alignment and fulfillment.
I also realize that this is something that many people don’t have and actually long for.
And many people that do have dreams have given up on them
or are having trouble getting back to them later in life.
They lack inspiration and encouragement.
They lack a program and a coach.
This is where I come in!
2022 was a year of upleveling for me,
a year of master manifestation.
As I toured across the country for 2.5 months, sharing my greatest good with so many, I saw the fulfillment of visions I have been nurturing, and experienced the joy of seeing them MANIFEST in the world.
I want that for you.

I wholeheartedly believe everyone has the capacity to consciously create an inspired life!
Ideally, MANIFEST is for my students and clients that have already completed one of my Chakra Activation Experiences- either the 7 month Chakra Activation Series or one of my Chakra Activation Immersions or Initiations. MANIFEST Transformational Coaching Experience is a "Level 2" Program in my suite of offerings, and is best suited for the person that already is familiar with my system, approach and vocabulary, and is therefore already chakra-activated and chakra-aware.
That being said, MANIFEST Transformational Coaching Program is open to and will be effective for anyone willing to commit to the process.

Each application is thoughtfully reviewed and applicants are selected based on my ability to serve the individuals and the cohort best.

Our Weekly Zoom Group Coaching Call will be 45-60 minutes long and will occur (just about) every Tuesday from 8-9 pm EST.
These will be recorded and accessible at any time via an online MANIFEST Membership platform.
Our Monthly Integration Sessions will be on the following Tuesdays from 8-9 pm EST:

Daily practices arrive in your inbox at 5 am everyday, Monday through Friday, and you can watch the short video at any point during your day, and watch repeatedly if you choose.
Weekends are for catching up if needed and integrating the techniques into our personal practice and "off the mat", in-real-life practice.
Private Coaching Sessions will be scheduled by each individual through my Calendly scheduling link.
