All weekend long we will practice specific yoga techniques-

asana and pranayama, mantra, yantra and kriya-

to vitalize each chakra,

in addition to learning about the physical, emotional,

and energetic associations of each chakra.

By the end you will feel fully embodied and absolutely radiant,

and will leave with an abundance of tools & techniques to integrate into your home practice.

is for yoga students of ALL LEVELS-

newbies and yoga teachers alike!

PLUS:

yoga teachers can earn 20 Continuing Education Units

and then go on for the Chakra Activation Yoga Teacher Training.

I'm the founder and director of Chakra Activation Yoga and the creator of The Chakra Activation Deck and The Chakra Affirmation Deck.

I've been passionately teaching yoga for 25 years and I'm an E-RYT/ YACEP offering advanced trainings to yoga teachers and students all over the world.

Chakra Activation Yoga is a unique fusion style of classic static hatha asanas and dynamic kundalini kriyas designed to guide yoga practitioners and chakra enthusiasts of all ages, sizes, experience and ability to awaken, explore, and balance each of the 7 chakra- energy centers and IGNITE THE LIGHT within!
