Hi! I'm Brooke!
I'm the founder and director of Chakra Activation Yoga and the creator of the Chakra Activation Deck.
I've been teaching for 25 years and I'm currently an E-RYT/ YACEP offering advanced trainings to yoga teachers and students all over the world.
I'm happy to say that 2021 is my 20th year leading a group of amazing Chakra Explorers on this "sacred journey up the spine".
Every year from January to July we take a deep dive into ourselves, activating and exploring the chakras one at a time. We practice specific yoga poses and practices to activate each chakra and we allow the beautiful powerful light we are to shine.
