Hello Chakra Explorers!

I'm Brooke Smokelin, the founder and director of Chakra Activation Yoga!

I'm happy to say that 2023 will be my 20th year leading a group of chakra explorers on the "sacred journey up the spine".

Each month from January to July we will take a deep dive into ourselves, activating and exploring the chakras one at a time. We will learn specific yoga poses and practices for activating each chakra and we will allow the beautiful and powerful Light-We-Are to shine!

Each month we will meet twice, first for our 2.5 hour "Poses & Practices" Chakra Activation Workshop and second for our 1 hour "Chakra Talk" Zoom Integration Session where you'll have a chance to share with other Chakra Explorers about your experiences and ask me questions.
