2021 Chakra A Month Workshops
& Memberships
Are you ready for a transformational journey of self-discovery?
2021 will be my 18th year leading a group of Chakra Explorers on the annual "sacred journey up the spine".
Each month from January to July we will take a deep dive into ourselves, activating and exploring the chakras one at a time. We will learn specific yoga poses and practices for nourishing and balancing each chakra and we will allow the beautiful powerful Light We Are to shine.
This year we will meet twice each month:
* first for a 2 hour "Poses & Practices" Zoom Session and
* second for a 1 hour "Chakra Talk" Zoom Integration Session
where you'll have a chance to share about your experiences with other Chakra Explorers, and ask me any questions you have about the practices.
If you sign up for all 7 workshops through the The Chakra A Month Memberships you will also have access to the workshop replays for the duration of the 7 month adventure!
Whether you take one Chakra Activation Workshop, just a few, or you take them all, either way you will experience the luminous chakra energies within and you will learn the yoga tools to activate and balance them as needed.
