Hello!
I'm Brooke Smokelin, the founder and director of Chakra Activation Yoga!
I'm delighted to say that 2024 will be my 24th year leading a group of Chakra Explorers on the "sacred journey up the spine".
From January to July we will take a deep dive into ourselves, activating and exploring the chakras one at a time. We learn specific yoga poses and practices for each chakra and we allow the beautiful and powerful Light-We-Are to shine.
Each month we will meet twice, first for a 2 hour "Poses & Practices" Zoom Session and second for a 1 hour "Chakra Talk" Zoom Integration Session where you'll have a chance to share about your experiences with other Chakra Explorers, and ask me questions.
I hope you'll join us!
It's a transformational journey of self-discovery!
Whether you take one Chakra Activation Workshop, just a few, or you take them all, either way you will experience the chakra energies and you will learn the techniques to activate and balance them.
