I'm Brooke Smokelin, the founder and director of Chakra Activation!
I'm delighted to say that 2025 will be my 22nd year leading a group of Chakra Explorers on the "sacred journey up the spine".
Every month from January to July we will take a deep dive into ourselves, activating and exploring the chakras one at a time. We learn specific poses and practices for each chakra and we allow the beautiful and powerful Light-We-Are to shine.
Each month we will meet twice, first for a 3 hour "Poses & Practices" Zoom Session and second for a 1 hour "Chakra Talk" Zoom Integration Session where you'll have a chance to share about your experiences with other Chakra Explorers, and ask me questions.
