Hello Chakra Explorers!

I'm Brooke Smokelin, the founder and director of Chakra Activation Yoga!

I'm happy to say that 2024 will be my 21st year leading a group of chakra explorers on the "sacred journey up the spine".

Each month from January to July we will take a deep dive into ourselves, activating and exploring the chakras one at a time. We will learn specific yoga poses and practices for each chakra and we will allow the beautiful and powerful Light-We-Are to shine!

Each month we will meet twice, first for our 2 hour "Poses & Practices" Zoom Session and second for our 1 hour "Chakra Talk" Zoom Integration Session where you'll have a chance to share about your experiences with other Chakra Explorers, and ask me questions.
